We are a small team, that offers a great working environment, with a 5-day workweek.
Our hours are wed/thu 4-9, 11-10 fri/sat/sun, so no late nights or early mornings.
Our kitchen is modern, spacious, has AC, is easy to clean and maintain, equipment is maintained, and you have almost 180 views of the ocean while you work.
No fryers, flat tops or greasy hoods to deal with.

As a pizza maker, you should be well versed with the following skills opening, managing and closing stations handling an oven Managing all steps involved with pizza and scratch made pizza dough prepping ingredients ability to follow and complete recipes team player, planning ahead & adaptability based on situations proper time management & problem solving maintain food safety practices.
& keep kitchen clean An ideal candidate has at least 2-3 full years of 'pizza making' experience.
By this we mean that you should be capable of; - Cutting & shaping dough - Correctly proofing dough & ability to understand when dough is ready to use - Handling dough and putting it in pans - topping pizzas & cooking them correctly Please note:
We have positions available if you are less seasoned, but have a true interest in food & the culinary world.
