This is a new role providing assistance to a Partner and an Associate attorney.
You will communicate with clients, maintain the attorneys' calendars, set hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities Communicate with clients and witnesses Prepare case-specific documents, including motions, memoranda and briefs Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review Maintain and update documentation Provide legal support Qualifications Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role is preferred Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with document management experience Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Case Management software Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
